Lisa Freitag is a certified health coach and owner of Living Lighter Coaching. She received her training and certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is recognized as a certified health and nutrition coach by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Her own transition from processed foods to whole foods and home cooking inspired her career. Through years of working deeply with clients, she has pinpointed the most common areas of difficulty with food habits and behaviors. Prior to studying health and nutrition, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in communications from Michigan Technological University. Her former career in technical communications now enables her to deliver information using simple technology that is accessible to everyone. This understanding of human behavior, both in how people eat and how people learn with technology, makes her program unique. Her mission is to help you find peace with your food and your body, so that you have more time, space and energy to enjoy your life!
